For Retreat Roadmap alumni who aren't looking for another course, they're looking to stay in a room full of people who get it.
Hosting retreats can feel surprisingly lonely once you've launched. You're navigating pricing decisions, marketing questions, venue negotiations, sales pages, content strategy, retreat design, leadership growth, and the inevitable moments of "is this normal?" that come with building retreats.
This membership was created to give you ongoing support after Retreat Roadmap ends.
A place to ask questions, get feedback, workshop ideas, stay accountable, and continue growing alongside other retreat leaders who are actively building their businesses too.
This isn't another information-heavy program. It's a space for implementation. A space to receive ongoing support. A space to continue becoming the leader your retreats require you to be. Because the goal isn't simply hosting one retreat.
The goal is creating a sustainable retreat business, expanding your impact, and building a life that feels aligned, abundant, and freedom-filled.

Monthly Live Q&A Coaching Call (first Monday of each month)
Bring your questions, challenges, ideas, launches, retreat logistics, marketing strategy, pricing, sales, leadership growth, or anything else you're navigating. Receive direct coaching, feedback, and support from Anayat in real time. Calls will be recorded.
Monthly Co-Working Session (second Tuesday of each month)
Dedicated implementation & accountability time alongside your fellow retreat leaders and creators. Bring whatever you're currently working on—sales pages, retreat concepts, marketing plans, partnerships, itineraries, content, or launches. The is a co-working format call, don’t worry I’ll cue up the playlist to dial in. Optional: share & receive feedback at the end of call.
Voxer Community Support
Ongoing access to our private alumni Voxer community for questions, brainstorming, accountability, wins, feedback, referrals, and support between calls.
Alumni Retreat Leader Network
Stay connected to a community of retreat leaders who understand the unique experience of building and leading transformational retreats. Also, a beautiful opportunity for networking and co-creating with other leaders.
Opportunity to Lead & Facilitate
Members have the opportunity to self-host workshops, trainings, or share areas of expertise within the community. This offers an opportunity to “try on” new workshops, get practice + visibility before taking it into retreat spaces, develop your leadership experience, get feedback (optional), and deeper connections with fellow alumni. Plus, you get to receive.
